【RefWorksをご利用のみなさまへ】ログイン名変更依頼メールが届いていませんか?

文献管理支援ツール RefWorks から、「ログイン名変更のお願い」メールを受けとった方は、以下の方法でログイン名を変更してください。 お手数をおかけしますが、よろしくお願いいたします。

ログイン名の変更方法


  1. RefWorksにログインし、「プロフィール更新」を開く。
  2. ログイン名を変更する。ログイン名は「メールアドレス」にすることが推奨されています。

本文:
Dear RefWorks User,

We have changed your RefWorks Login Name to match the email address on
your account.

Your new username is<メールアドレス>

/Why did we make this change?/

We’re changing the login process to eliminate the need for users to
supply a Group Code during login – a feature many of our users have
asked for. This means that every user must have a unique username, such
as their email address.

Visit the RefWorks _Update Profile_ page if you would like to choose a
different user name.

/Can I still use RefWorks if I have graduated?/

If you have graduated from a school that actively subscribes to
RefWorks, you are eligible for our Alumni Program. This means you can
continue to use RefWorks for free. Find out more about the RefWorks

Dear RefWorks User,

We are asking RefWorks users - like you - who have the same
username as a RefWorks user at a different institution to select
a new username.

These changes will enable us to streamline access for you and
others by eliminating Group Codes during login.

Changing your username takes only a few seconds:

    *     Login to RefWorks
    *     Click on the "Update Profile" link in the upper right corner
    *      Choose a new Username (we recommend using your email address)

ログイン名の変更が必要な理由

現在、学外からのRefWorksを利用するには、グループコード入力(東邦大学の場合は"RWTohoU″)が必要な場合があります。

RefWorks社では、グループコードの入力を省略できるよう、システム開発を進めています。
今後は、RefWorksを利用しているすべてのユーザーが固有のログイン名を持っている必要があります。
#今までは、東邦大学内において固有のログイン名であれば作成可能でした。

今回のお知らせは、すべてのRefWroks利用者のうち、重複したログイン名を持つ方に送信されています。
利用者のみなさまにはお手数をおかけしますが、ご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。
